Are the boxes stuck to the wire mesh ?

No, the boxes are not on the wire mesh but the legs are on the bottom of the slab, which guarantees a good steel coating (more resilient slab)

Can we use the BT Box to connect networks of active slabs ?

Yes, you can pair several BT Box to connect active slab panels afterwards. For the underground outlets, you can nail the lid on the slab, and then clip the box backwards on the lid.

Where are the BT Box manufactured ?

That’s a 100% French made (mould, pumping, packaging and haulage).

Can we remove the BT Box once the slab is dry ?

Yes, you can remove it from the slab for an immediate recycling of the box and its lid.

What are the pre-cut diameters ?

5 pre-cut caps with a diameter of 40 to 50 mm. Possibility of drilling a customised diameter with a hole saw through the pre-hole on the cap’s axis.

How are the BT Box packaged ?

They’re packaged on pallets (1,000 boxes), split into 40 nets of 25 parts, every net includes 25 box frames, 25 lids, 100 legs and 10 connection cables.

Can we assemble the boxes together ?

Yes, thanks to the connection cables that comes with the box.

What type of material is used for the BT Box ?

Polypropylene (recyclable)

How do we mount the BT Box ?

2 options: Either with iron wire that you tie to the wire mesh around the box; or using the staples with plastic links (Colson like)

Can we use the BT Box on a pre-slab ?

Yes, but without the legs, the box height is 14 cm for a concrete height of 15 cm (the box height needs to be 1 cm smaller than the textured concrete one).

What are the box dimensions ?

H: 14 cm without the legs, 19 cm with a set of legs, 2 sets = 22 cm, for each 3-centimetre unit.
